Courses
Bigwoofs Technology is now offering introductory courses for both Macintosh and Windows computers. Each course consists of 5 weekly classes, with each class lasting 2 hours.
The courses focus on understanding and mastering the commonly used functions of the Macintosh or Windows operating systems. This includes, but is not limited to: Important settings, Finding/Saving/Protecting your files, Email, Internet, Photos, and Tips and Tricks.
Each course is limited to 10 participants, with an emphasis on interaction and peer learning. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops, and classroom laptops are available for those with non-portable home computers.
The Macintosh courses will focus on Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6 (Leopard and Snow Leopard) with iLife ’09, and the Windows courses will focus on Windows 7.
